Connection Failed Error
If you receive a "Connection Failed" error when attempting to log in to your Parent PowerSchool account, the most likely cause is that you are using the wrong credentials. Please ensure you are entering your parent username on the site: https://powerschool.rrps.net/public.
If you try using your student's ID number as your username, you will receive an error like the one below.
